Yes, the innovative display screen features a modular design, allowing replacement within 10 minutes. Most replacements can be done independently, or you can contact the nearest offline store for assistance.
Can I ride it in the rain? Is the battery waterproof?
Fiido e-bikes have an IP54 rating, meaning they are resistant to water splashes from any angle and are dust-protected. While the bike won't be damaged by raindrops or splashes of mud and water from the ground, it is still susceptible to damage if exposed to water jets, temporary or continuous immersion, or high-pressure washing.
Can the battery be removed?
Yes, the battery is removable and easy to replace, though frequent removal is not recommended to maintain the overall design integrity.
What are the advantages of connecting my bike to the Fiido mate smartwatch or Fiido App?
You can effortlessly start your bike using the Fiido Mate or app and monitor real-time data like heart rate and blood oxygen during your ride. Additionally, you can share and exchange cycling insights and experiences with enthusiasts worldwide.
Why can I unlock the bike with the proximity function via the watch, but not the app?
The app may be forced into deep sleep by iOS or Android background processes, making it unable to function in real-time. To avoid issues, we chose not to implement this feature for the app. However, you can still explore many exciting features through the app.
How far can I ride on a single charge?
The Fiido T1 PRO can be fully charged in 7 hours, supporting a range of up to 93 miles on a single charge. (Actual range may vary depending on riding conditions.)
What is the maximum payload capacity of the T1 PRO?
The Fiido T1 PRO can support a maximum weight of 200kg (441 lbs).
What is the unlock code for Fiido T1PRO on the app?
The app speed unlock code is 398219.
What certifications does this product have?
