  • 5. What certifications does it have? Is it compliant with EU regulations?
    UN38.3, MSDS and EN15194. Battery meets EU standard.
    EU compliant with 250W motor.
  • 6. Can I install a child seat? a bike trailer?
    Yes. For child seat, consider brands like Bobike, Thule, and OGK. Child’s weight ≤ 25kg.
    Trailer compatibility: 11.8mm motor axle fits a 12.5-13mm hitch hole (≤5mm thick). For safety, ensure trailer wheel diameter < bike's.
  • 7. How to pay by installment?
    Select Klarna at checkout. Split into four or pay in 30 days, both interest-free. Monthly also available. Up to €3000 per transaction.
  • 8. What's the difference between Nomads Pro and Nomads?
    Nomads Pro upgrades the Nomads with a 100Nm mid-drive motor, air suspension fork, 4-piston hydraulic brakes, and a wider gear range. The result is smoother power delivery, easier climbing, and greater confidence on long-distance touring routes.
  • 9. Are Nomads and Nomads Pro batteries compatible?
    No. Nomads and Nomads Pro use different battery systems. The battery packs and battery racks are not interchangeable between the two models.
