Batteries & Chargers
Just like your phone needs a battery replacement after a few years of usage, so does your electric bike. Usually, the need arises due to how long it’s been since the last battery change (ideally, you should change it every three to five years) - however, there are also other things that tell you it’s time for a new battery, including physical damage, your battery not charging, the battery becoming hot, or producing a bad smell. If you notice any of these happening, don’t hesitate to install a new battery, as your old one might become a safety hazard. And if you’ve lost your charger, fear not - we have that too.
