How long can I ride on a single charge?
The D3 PRO requires only 5 hours to fully charge. It comes equipped with a 250W rated power motor, capable of peaking at 429.3W. It can reach a top speed of 25km/h. In pedal-assist mode, it can cover up to 79 km, while in full throttle mode, it can cover 25km.
How do I connect the D3 PRO to the APP?
Please download the "Fiido" application from Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. After registering an account, use the Bluetooth feature to connect your vehicle.
Is the display easy to repair and replace?
Yes. This innovative display screen features a modular design, allowing replacement within 10 minutes. Most replacements can be done independently, or you can contact the nearest offline store for assistance.
Can I ride it in the rain? Is the battery waterproof?
Fiido E-bikes are ranked at IP54, which means Fiido E-bikes can deny water splashing from any angle, also dust protected. When you are riding Fiido bikes in rain, the bike would not be damaged by the rain drops, the splash of mud and water from the ground. However, it still leaves the bike susceptible to damage if faced with jets of water, or temporary or continuous immersion in water or wash with high-pressure devices.
How heavy is the D3 PRO eBike?

Is the D3 PRO easy to carry? I want to put it in the trunk of my car.

Does the D3Pro come with an air pump?
No, the current version is on a promotional price and therefore does not include an air pump.
