I was impress when I received my bike. It was boxed very well and I only had to do a few things to get it ready. It took longer than it should have because I spent a lot of time just looking at it. I will say that I am impress at the ride. It is a lot more comfortable to ride than I expected. It also takes the bump on the road much better than I expected for a bike with no suspension. I enjoy taking it on the train. Much easier than a full size bike. It is built solid and I made a good choice. - Hayward -
