E1 Troubleshooting Guide
If your bike has an E1 fault, it is usually caused by abnormal communication between the electronic control system. Please follow the steps below to check and solve the problem:
1️⃣ Check the connection cables: Please check all the connecting cables and connectors between the bicycle display and the controller to make sure they are not disconnected, pinched or damaged. If you find any abnormality, please take a photo and send it to us so that we can provide further solutions. 2️⃣Disconnect the booster: If the cable connection is normal, try to find the cable connector connected to the booster on the controller, disconnect it, restart the display, and check whether the E1 fault code disappears.
3️⃣Special operations for Fiido X models: For Fiido X models, please also disconnect the cable connector connected to the PIN pad and check whether the E1 fault code disappears. If the E1 fault code persists after completing the above steps, the display and controller may need to be replaced. Please contact us to verify the warranty period and delivery address, and we will arrange replacement parts for you. After-sales team email:support@fiido.com

E2
Speed control handle (turn handle or dial)
Description :
E2 Troubleshooting Guide
E2 fault is usually caused by abnormal throttle (accelerator). Please check and solve the problem according to the following steps: 1️⃣Check the throttle (accelerator) connection: If your bike does not respond when you use the throttle to accelerate and does not run properly electrically, first check that the throttle cable connector is well connected. Try reconnecting the connector and see if the fault code disappears.
2️⃣Check the power assist mode:In power-assisted mode, turn the pedal to check if the motor responds. If the motor works normally, it means that there may be a poor solder joint or poor Hall sensor in the bicycle's handlebar circuit, and a new handlebar needs to be replaced.
3️⃣Check whether the throttle (accelerator) is abnormal: If the motor continues to run under throttle control, disconnect the power by holding the brake handle, turn off the display, and lift the rear wheel so that it is not touching the ground. Check whether the throttle handle returns to its original position. If the fault does not recur after the throttle cable connector is disconnected, it indicates that the throttle is abnormal and needs to be replaced. If the fault persists, there may be a problem with the controller's communication line, and the controller needs to be replaced. If the problem is still not solved after following the above steps, you may need to replace the throttle (accelerator) or controller. Please contact us to confirm the warranty period and delivery address, and we will arrange for replacement parts for you.After-sales team email:support@fiido.com
