Since 2017, Fiido has been redefining the way people move—bringing more freedom to every ride through intelligent electric mobility. Today, we are trusted by over 600,000 riders worldwide, and that trust has shaped who we are. Every milestone we reach is built together — with you.
Fiido New Logo
On November 12, 2025, we introduced our new brand logo. It's more than a design update — it's a symbol of evolution. Our new logo represents freedom, mobility, and a shared vision for a smart and sustainable future. Free, Inspire & Inspired, Do. While the look is new, our spirit remains unchanged — innovative, user-centered, and ready for what's next.

New Logo, New Chapter, Same Spirit

As Fiido continues to evolve, so does our commitment to progress. We've built a global production network across Asia, the EU, and the Pacific regions, ensuring top quality and efficiency at scale.

Our independent R&D and testing centers, powered by industry experts, keep us at the forefront of product design, structural optimization, and smart technology.

From concept to creation, every Fiido e-bike is made with one goal — to be the companion for global users to move freely, joyfully, and sustainably.

Every Breakthrough, With Our Riders

Every innovation begins with listening.

Since beginning, we've grown together with our riders: from the Q1 child-seat e-bike to award-winning models like the X, winner of the iF Design Award, and the Air, winner of the Red Dot Design Award, as well as rider-favorite models such as the C11 and Fiido Nomads. Each product reflects bold innovation and a genuine response to real user needs.

The Fiido D4S became an urban icon for its compact design and strong performance. Building on that legacy, the C11 evolved further — refined, upgraded, and shaped by real rider feedback. We introduced a removable battery, hydraulic disc brakes, and user-driven improvements that make every ride smoother, safer, and more intuitive.

With the 2025 Fiido D11, we listened even closer — turning feedback into meaningful innovation. We re-engineered the seatpost clamping system to prevent slippage, added a waterproof quick-release motor connector for easier maintenance, introduced a bright color display for clear readability even in sunlight, and redesigned the soft TPR grips for lasting comfort. Foldable pedals now make it even more compact and practical for city riders.

All these upgrades stem from our respect for and attention to every user. This is not merely an electric bike anymore — it is the result of Fiido and its users co-creating a smarter ride.

Our Vision Ahead

As Fiido moves forward, our mission remains clear: to make innovative e-mobility accessible to all. Guided by the principles of designing for real life, building around your needs, and co-creating with our users, we will continue to innovate, listen, and shape the future of mobility — together with every rider who shares our vision.

As our founder Keven said:
Small changes create big leaps. Great things are achieved through simple actions.
