Dear Customers, Partners, and Auction Participants,

We have recently become aware that some electric bicycle products bearing the “FIIDO” brand logo may have entered the market through auctions or other unauthorized channels after being cleared by customs. In order to prevent potential auction participants from unknowingly violating trademark laws, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and safeguard our brand’s intellectual property, we make the following solemn statement:

1. Infringement Warning

Bidding does not mean obtaining trademark authorization (For Auction Participants to Read):

We hereby specifically remind all potential bidders in customs or other institutional auctions that even if you win the auction and acquire the property rights to the products, this does not grant you any commercial authorization for the “FIIDO” brand or trademark.

Unauthorized Brand Misuse and Sales Are Strictly Prohibited:

Our “FIIDO” brand name, logo, and related trademarks are strictly protected by EU law and are registered and managed by the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

According to the EU principle of Exhaustion of Trademark Rights, if the product has not been legally placed on the European Economic Area (EEA) market by us, the winning bidder or any third party reselling such products must thoroughly remove all “FIIDO” trademarks and brand logos from the products and must never publicly advertise or sell them under the “FIIDO” brand name.

Liability for Infringement:

Any act of continuing to use our “FIIDO” brand logo and selling the auctioned or non-authorized products without authorization constitutes serious trademark infringement. We will closely monitor these activities and reserve the right to take legal action against the infringing parties.

2. Consumer Reminder

To ensure your riding safety, product compliance, and complete after-sales experience, please pay attention to the following:

Recognize Official Sales Channels:

Our products are only sold through the following legitimate channels:

  • FIIDO Official Website

  • FIIDO Authorized Dealers or Agents

Only products purchased through official channels come with FIIDO's official quality guarantee and complete after-sales service.

No Warranty for Products from Unauthorized Channels (Including Auction Products):

For products purchased through unauthorized channels (including, but not limited to, customs auction goods, unauthorized resold products, etc.), we do not provide any official after-sales service, technical support, or warranty. Any quality issues or safety risks arising from such products must be fully borne by the actual seller.

Verify Official Channels:

We strongly recommend that consumers purchase products through official channels. If you have any doubts about the authorization status of a seller, please feel free to contact our customer service team through the contact details provided on our website.
